Shipping Rates

SHIPPING POLICY

Trinity Crafts ships to Canada and the US only. All orders are shipped from Acton, Ontario using Canada Post. Shipping prices are for regular lettermail for small flat packages and expedited parcel for larger packages. Items sent by regular lettermail are not insured and are therefore the responsibility of the buyer. Orders sent by expedited parcel and small packets for the US are insured up to a value of $100.00 and may include a tracking number and delivery confirmation. All packages are insured to full value and prices include insurance cost. COD charges are extra.

Shipping costs are determined by weight, region and country. We try to price our shipping charges based on our actual cost, in order to keep the price as low as possible. Small packages up to 200 grams will hold many small flat items such as stickers (15-20) for the minimum cost. Items that are thicker than 2 cm or 3/4 inch must be sent parcel post except for US Small Packets where the dimensions are more flexible. Orders over 25kg will be split into multiple boxes and priced accordingly.

Air Only Shipping Rates apply to anyone in a Canadian province or territory who receives mail by air only. You should know if this is applicable to you and choose the Air Only Shipping Rate when checking out. If you're not sure, email me with your postal code and I will tell you if this applies to you. These rates can be substantially more for larger packages and that is why they are now separated instead of being averaged into the shipping charges for other regions. FREE SHIPPING offers may be limited in these areas.

Orders are processed within 2 business days except those paid by cheque. These orders will be shipped at least 5 business days after depositing the cheque to allow for clearance. Trinity Crafts will keep you informed of every step of your order processing by email notification.
